Apple Orchard Branches

This is a print of my original acrylic painting Apple Orchard Branches. Apple Orchard Branches is a time stamp of my visit to Aamodt’s Apple Orchard for photography class. I hope that the reference photo, where the viewer looks up at the leaves, the apples, and the branches, communicates safety and being immersed in nature. This painting took over 3 years in order to finish, with many breaks taken in between. The hardest but most enjoyable parts of Apple Orchard Branches were painting the fine lines and making sure to add accents of color to the darker areas.
