I recreated the mesmerizing view I experienced at Carmel by the Sea. I don’t know if it was the calming aqua waters, the red rolling hills, or the soft sands, but this place spoke to all of my senses. The gentle breeze blew the clouds across the sky and the waves to the shore, a sight I wanted to remake using long brushstrokes for the water and loose blending for the hills.
